The apartment has one bedroom with storage possibilities under the bed. One walk-in closet, living room, kitchen, dining table and a bathroom with shower. What’s included in the rent? Warm and cold water, heating and internet. Electricity is payed by you and costs around 100-200 sek/month during winter. I will be your contact person since I’m the owner of the apartment. I’m renting it out while I’m working elsewhere in Stockholm. If all goes well for both parties, I can see a long period of renting it out.
