In the den, there is an expansive workstation which makes working from home very comfortable. Also, in the den, is a queen-size pull-out sofa for your guests. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and there is plenty of storage in drawers throughout the home. Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony with the view of a beautifully landscaped garden. There is a common laundry room conveniently located in the basement level of the community. Flat has easy access to an elevator. The closest train station (s) is Odenplan or Radmansgatan; less than a 7-minute walk. You can also enjoy the convenience of the bus that stops directly in front of the building. Despite being in the heart of the city, this is a very quiet community. We are looking for tenants that are respectful of this. Smoking is NOT permitted.
