Om bostaden
Hej!! Our creative kollektiv aka (Lilla Villekulla) has a room opening its doors. Interested? First room: Officially from May 1st. We live in a big 19th century villa with a huge garden in Älvsjö/Fruängen, about 30mins away from the city center (door to door). The surrounding is serene with houses, lakes and forests, while you still get the perks of being close to the city and other key locations in Stockholm. Room for rent: A spacious one-person bedroom on the bottom floor: Rent (7000sek) Move start of May (mid april could be arranged) This room comes with a built in wardrobe, two windows inviting natural light like never before and a double door giving you that royal “Welcome to my palace” vibe. All charges are included in the rent; insurance, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and garbage collection. You would be living with: Who are you? Ideally, a fantastic person We’re a group that cares for this house (It deserves it) With that said, were looking for someone who knows they would do the same. This is not a chance to simply ”live in a room”, the beauty with co-living is the chance to meet and befriend new people. This house is a stimulating hub where we make space and time for our passion projects and learn from each other. Creativity comes in all forms, so please do not hesitate to apply and share with us whatever it is you feel creative about. Whether it’s painting, wood work, gardening, jewellery, film making, crafting, music — we want to hear about it! We regularly throw gatherings (Jam nights, themed parties, movie evening, cookouts, painting sessions, etc) and it’d be nice if you like that too Of course, this is above all Lilla Villekulla, and we want a house full of good friends that share valuable moments, cultivate trust and respect, and feel like we can rely on each other. Therefore, we’re looking for people who are caring, empathetic and communicative about their needs and boundaries Questions to ponder on: Have you lived with multiple people before? In terms of cleaning schedules and garden duties, does that scare you? — we have a big old house and it requires a bit more love than an modern apartment Evidently, will you be able to show that you can pay your rent on time? Does this sound like a good fit? (Just to be clear, you can bet your ass humans wrote this )
