**One room available in our beautiful villa - 2min to the beach & 30min by metro from T-centralen** We’re a small, cozy kollektiv in Stockholm looking for a new person to share our home with. If you’re kind, open-minded, and excited about co-living, we’d love to hear from you **Move-in date:** April 1st (negotiable) **Application deadline:** March 15th **House: **200m^2 villa with a big garden (incl. green house), terrace, balcony with water view, extensive kitchen, living room with a cosy fireplace and dining room with a co-working space **Option1: **2 rooms (total 29m^2) sous-terrain (6500SEK/month incl. water/electricity/Wi-Fi) **Option2: **1 room (7m^2) first floor (6000SEK/month incl. water/electricity/Wi-Fi) **Location:** Hässelby Strand (villaområde) **Who would you be sharing home with?** This is a warm and inclusive space for people that are willing to create a home. All of us have a casual approach to co-living: we like to meet organically in the kitchen or in the living room, and we plan activities together and initiate projects like improving the house and starting a small vegetable garden but we also cherish our own time and space. So who are we looking for? We are looking for someone in their **late 20s or 30**s that would like to stay long-term in the house (1 year minimum). That person would be respectful, responsible, and that is looking for a different way of living (or have co-lived with others before).
